Install Bootstrap doesn't initialize the dosdssservice variable in the boardwalk/.env file. This causes the dos urls to display incorrectly in Boardwalk, specifically the DOS URI column in the File Table. Our current workaround for this bug is to manually write the dosdssservice value in the .env, but this should only be a temporary measure.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
Open the directory containing the cgp-deployment repo
Run Install_Bootstrap
Complete ALL the steps in the script.
Open the boardwalk directory
Open the hidden .env in the Boardwalk directory
Check if the dosdssservice variable is initialized in the .env file.
