Investigate creation of automated system test for Commons deployment

We need an automated test to ensure that our Commons deployment works properly as we continue to develop it. This should include the following functionality:

Loading data into the Blue Box data storage system
Ensuring the data is indexed by the dss-azul-indexer into Elasticsearch and is available in the dcc-dashboard-service and Boardwalk, including DOS URLs
Push to FireCloud
Hopefully we can leverage the work currently in progress to create an automated system test for dcc-ops by Justin. Begin the investigation by understanding what is being done on this by contacting Walt, then Justin.
