non-harvest-blocking error message: Registry displays a "something went wrong" message when triggering "harvest" & "publication" tasks; task runs through to Airflow #184

From the Registry:

Either "harvest" or "publish staged" collection(s) from the Registry.
An error message will appear at the top banner of the Registry, when the page reloads.
But if you go to Airflow, the job is actually running.
