All non-DVs should be factors

The app isn't set up for covariates, and all non-DVs should be factors. Remove the "Select data Type" modal and instead, when the user selects the DV, make all other variables factors.

To avoid mistakes with typos in level names (if hand entering data) or if in case the user has a covariate, list all the independent factor levels for each IV and only let the user proceed if they confirm that the levels in the IVs are correct.
