At this point, this is a frequent enough activity that I think it makes sense to have the "standard" living in a gist or other stand-alone repo. Git submodules would make sense if git weren't already so hard to use (I don't use them with collaborators).

Anyway, gist here. I think it's reasonable to just copy over for now. BUT, it would be nice to update this one to work with modern Jupyter machinery. I just haven't had a chance yet.
