Describe the bug
No title personalization of maximized portlet when name is in tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Import a portlet with a personalization token in the title
Search for the portlet in the UX
Click on the portlet.
Note the portlet title in the chrome area is personalized, but the tab name (which is the portlet title) is not personalized

Expected behavior
Title should be personalized
