The link to the Cardano networking spec should be replaced with https://ouroboros-network.cardano.intersectmbo.org/pdfs/network-spec/network-spec.pdf#chapter.3.
The old one https://input-output-hk.github.io/ouroboros-network/pdfs/network-spec/network-spec.pdf#chapter.3 returns 404.
