Add support for non streaming models such as o1.

In chat-service.ts the logic needs to be updated to support non streaming models such as o1, the information can be read e,g

const providerModel = models[provider?.provider as keyof typeof models]
const supportsStreaming = providerModel.supportsStreaming
const stream = Array.isArray(supportsStreaming)
    ? supportsStreaming.includes(provider.modelName)
    : supportsStreaming

And then calling token.js differently based on stream value.
