Description

Completion of the half-baked implementation of shelock rest, this issue seeks to complete the implementation of sherlock as a rest API, where it can be assessed and interacted with via an API, it will receive requests with username(s) to be checked and sites to be checked (if there's need for filtering) and return a response just like normal sherlock would.
