Support application sound streaming by streaming other apps sound

A package allows to interact with pulseaudio : https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/jfreymuth/pulse/proto?tab=doc

The principle should be similar to this script : https://askubuntu.com/a/60856
All functions are available in packge.
