Not sure if anyone has encounter the same issue as me: the ontop function works for windowed mode, but not for fullscreened mode.
In a multi-monitor setup, if I enable fullscreen in the main monitor, and then click on another window in the side monitor, ImPlay will always be minimized. It seems ImPlay's fullscreen behavior is that it will minimize itself when not active.
I tried changing the configurations but had no luck. The only method that seems to work was to set force-window = yes or to set the vo parameter explicitly - which creates a separate mpv window (that can stay on top in fullscreen mode) from ImPlay's window. But that totally defeats the purpose of using ImPlay.
