I noticed that the OSV runner occasionally re-processes the full repository. Can be seen from the number of changes:

numberOfItems: 0
numberOfItems: 0
numberOfItems: 2678
numberOfItems: 0
numberOfItems: 0
numberOfItems: 2678

Maybe this includes other git based sources too.
