There is no "Reject" event handler in SDK when payload is not signed from wallet #167

If you reject payload signing in the wallet, the SDK continues in an endless loop asking to sign the payload

Which version of tezos sdk are you using ?
Is this consistent ?
How can we reproduce this ?
