This version contains improvements to several packages, including PHYSIO, HGF, Huge, rDCM and SERIA.

Tapas v3.0.0 is a new major release that includes updates to most of our toolboxes (HGF, MPDCM, PHYSIO, SEM) and two new toolboxes (HUGE, rDCM).

New:

  • HUGE: Variational Bayesian inversion for hierarchical unsupervised generative embedding (HUGE).
  • rDCM: DCM based, efficient inference on effective brain connectivity for fMRI.
