News Events Marker Overlay

Should have the chart News Events overlay rolled out soon.
It ends up being slight rewrite of the Trades Markers.
I have my sights set on the pixel perfect click detection. That is going to take the chart to another level!

• individual candle selection (this should also mean, finally the chart follows the pointer precisely)
