can we perform transfer learning on your pre-trained model for new(small) dataset?

I have some 130 sketches, labeled with their facial landmarks. Is there any way by which we can retrain the last layer of your model to generate facial landmarks fine-tuned for sketches. Please let me know if this can be done. thanks
