Read and save chat logs

Can the bot read and save chat logs? If so, how? If not, consider this a feature idea.

Bot receives notifications about messages in conversations it is added to. Naturally it can save those somewhere and access later. Also it listens to participant list changes or at least it is trivial to make so.

The question is what to do with that information later; just store it in some location for grepping?

Yes. I might first use Bot to archive chat history for search and reference. Then maybe send a link to the archive whenever a ticket number from our issue tracker is mentioned.
