El sistema debe validar:

El abono del socio esté al día
El apto médico no esté vencido
Que el socio esté habilitado para ingresar en ese horario en base a sus actividades contratadas (15 minutos antes de la actividad)

Hay que modificar habilitadoParaIngresar() en SocioController para que efectue la validación
