can't adding System Bridge to Home Assistant

The error message is:Unexpected error

I use a win10 tablet with wireless Internet access. The router shows that the ip address is 192.168.0.109, and then I uses hyper-V to install homeassistant. The router shows that the ip address becomes 192.168.0.111. I use Postman to send a request to 192.168.0.109:9170 and everything is ok,
but when I want to add system-bridge to home-assistant(fill in 192.168.0.109 in the host field), The error message is: Unexpected error

when I fill in 192.168.0.111 in the host field,The error message is: Failed to connect

What should I do to let the system-bridge add to the home-assistant?
