For others: Reinstalled python altogether, this time using windows store (type python in cmd without arguments) and then reinstalled everything and part of the issue is resolved. It still does not create logs, properly install, or start on boot despite being on. It does retain the setting but it just doesn't start nor can it be started as an ordinary application |

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
I can still have it interact with HomeAssistant.
Before this error appeared, the GUI worked (sort of). Autostart never worked, nor was the program ever fully installed. For instance, there was no System Bridge added to the start menu and no logs are ever created (can't access via CLI).
Running Python 3.9.13 and Windows 11.
