Now we copy image on

TidGi-external-attachments-plugin/src/tidgi-external-attachments/startup.ts

Line 49 in a54d176

$tw.hooks.addHook('th-importing-file', function(info) {

but this should only return predicted path, and only copy file on something like th-importing-file-confirm
