This server keeps having issues, and mod_security doesn't work reliably because the Apache server has contention issues trying to access the IP table on disk, among other things. Doesn't seem production ready.

Moving this behind Cloudfront with some rate limiting to prevent excessive bandwidth charges would allow us to have log access and avoid these issues in the future. Cloudflare works fine, but doesn't allow log access.
