Excessive memory consumption while opening workbook

The vast majority of workbooks can be opened using a maximum heap size of 128 megabytes. So far I have encountered only one workbook that causes a OutOfMemoryException with this heap size setting and that is Results of Guangzhou HEMC.xlsx. For opening and refreshing this workbook, I need to set the maximum heap size to at least 750 megabytes
