Option to lock rounds (i.e. make them read-only)

As a Delegate, it would be nice to have a way to "lock" a specific round once I have checked the results during the competition. This way, one can rest assured that nothing will change after checking the results, and if needed, the delegate would be able to unlock a round to make changes to the results. It's not possible to supervise score-takers at all times.

(un)locking would be restricted to delegates only.

Small remark: once you checked the scorecards, you can put them away from the scoretakers? Why would they make any changes if they do not have the scorecards of a round?
