coveralls gone mad

Current behavior:

Coveralls app has commented on PRs without any reason for at least a week now. Closed PRs, old PRs that have not been touched, PRs that don't even have an existing branch anymore... It's clearly broken somehow.

Expected behavior:

Coveralls app should only comment when new commits are added to open PRs.

Workaround

I'm going to disable coveralls comments for now.
