Create new validator

Chuyển validator sang server khác

B1. Tại server mới: Chạy fullnode mới , chờ đồng bộ hoàn toàn (không cần tạo validator)

B2. Dừng node ở server cũ, dừng node ở server mới

Copy các file sau từ server cũ sang server mới:

/config/node_key.json

/config/priv_validator_key.json

/data/priv_validator_state.json

B3. Restart node ở server mới (Done)

Download file from vps

scp USER@IP:/USER/path_to_file ./

Upload file to vps

scp path_to_file USER@IP:/USER/path_to_file

How to change your json-rpc setting and How to check your json-rpc endpoint

Open your app.toml file with command nano $HOME/.0gchain/config/app.toml Change your json-rpc settings like below

  1. 127.0.0.1:8545 to 0.0.0.0:8545
  2. Change your api method from api = "eth,net,web3" to api = "eth,txpool,personal,net,debug,web3" re-execute your validator node with restart service command sudo systemctl restart xxxd Check your endpoint with below commands
  3. check your rpc's current block height curl -X POST http ://YOUR_SERVER_IP:8545 -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"eth_blockNumber","params":[],"id":1}'
