Wyze Cam V3 crashed

I copied the bootloader to a 16 GB SD card as described and then inserted it into the camera and switched it on.
As described, there is now a backup directory on the SD card and the versions of SOC, Wifi and sensor are also there.
Based on this information, I downloaded the corresponding firmware to a new 16 GB SD card and switched it on again.
Result: The blue light flashes approx. 13 times, then nothing happens, all lights are off. I tried again after 10 minutes, deleted the xxx.done file, but the same result.
It seems that the bootloader is broken. How can I restore the original state using the saved BIN files?
