sometimes seedrng does not credit.

how did you get there? in fail-safe, before https://github.com/themactep/thingino-firmware/blob/master/overlay/lower/etc/init.d/S01seedrng kicked in?

T40, yep it did, but it didn't generate creditable seed, it appears the entropy quality was too low. Probably need to fix the T40 kernel config.
