• #11323 - smart proxy syslog configuration
• #10731 - smart matchers can now merge defaults
• #11449 - nodejs/therubyracer compiler options when installing from source

• #7167 - settings now have a more user-friendly name in the UI (Settings list in section 3.5.2 is out of date for 1.10 #509)
