thanos Sidecar GRPC Port not reachable externally

I have Prometheus server with Thanos sidecar in Cluster A
and I have Thanos query in Cluster B
Request Route
Query > F5 LB > Nginx ingress > thanos sidecar
However I am not able to reach thanos sidecar from outside the cluster at the moment due to issue in the LB GRPC config (Out of my scope) and it's taking a long time to be fixed.

My question is it possible to configure Thanos query to use only the http port when communication with sidecars in other clusters?

Or is there any workaround to avoid sending request to the GRPC port.
