init: db commit failed

After installing Pinto with CPAN (with installscript it didn't work because error #249) i run pinro -r /mnt/cpan init.
But i get the error:
DBIx::Class::Storaage::DBI::_exec_txn_commit(): DBI Exception: DBD::DQLite::db commit failed: database is locked at /usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1/Pinto/Database.pm line 104
Can anyone help to find the Problem?
