End-to-end test optimizations

One thing I thought about this week is that we can likely speed up the execution time of our end-to-end tests by sending certain operations in parallel using multiple accounts (I think we had actually discussed this previously). This should work well for the main bottlenecks in the stress test: marking slices for liquidation and cancelling liquidation slices since any address can call them.
