Are you all on the same car firmware? What version? 2024.45.32.1 or .2? |

I just had to log back in a few days ago because I got back from vacation and found my TeslaMate wasn't capturing any data though TeslaMate didn't prompt me for it that time but the logs showed a login issue. Today, I discovered in the middle of the night I again stopped getting and data. This time when getting into TeslaMate I was prompted to log in. Something is up, first times this has ever happened since spinning up my server in May. |

Guys here is the problem and solution! For some reason making an api request with vehicle ID no longer works for some of us. But it does work with VIN number instead of ID. What I dont know if VIN also works for those that ID still works, or VIN only works for those that ID does not work? Now how to fix this with teslamate? Maybe in settings make an option "use vin instead of ID" or something similar? |

Hello,
yesterday evening my logging suddenly stopped at 18:16 GMT+2.
Since then, "Status not available."
I even have two TeslaMate loggers on the vehicle with different users and permissions. Both are no longer logging the car and say it is unavailable.
The Tesla app works as usual without any issues. My smart home system with IP-Symcon can retrieve the vehicle data.
I then added another Tesla to my TeslaMate account, and it is being logged correctly.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
I have already restarted the vehicle multiple times, with and without a brake reset.
Thanks for you help!
