Autoencoder_linear model test failure with tt-mlir uplift #149

tt-mlir uplift (Jan-02-2025) is causing autotuner_linear model test to fail. More information can be found in https://github.com/tenstorrent/tt-torch/actions/runs/12586978851

This test is disabled for now in #130 for uplifting purposes and will be re-enabled after debugging/fixing the issue.
