Can t-pot work with hyper-v, on Windows 10 home ? Docker Desktop is broken.

I have installed Windows 10 home on netcup vps.
Can you tell me please, if I can try to use T-Pot on Hyper-V, installed on Windows 10 home, because Docker Desktop can not start correctly.

Can you tell me please, if the next errors could be fixed by netcup stuff on their servers, equipment configurations, or everything is about my end-side configuration, through the vps?

The error I receive from Docker is:
