I can post details on how I fixed things during the install from an ISO; I only have time right this second to make a quick note.
It appears that apt-fast is not in the main bullseye apt repos. The install script from the latest ISO release of TPOT failed for me because of this—is this just my issue or has just nobody posted about it? It is fixed easily enough by booting directly into bash with the filesystem set to RW, and manually adding the apt-fast package from launchpad before completing T-POT set up, but I would expect to see an issue or post about this given how long Bullseye has been out.
