Orion Context Broker documentation should be improved to include the following aspects:

How to build context broker in order to include the websocket library
Examples and receipts on how to use websockets stuff (e.g. from JavaScript in a web browser)

build_source.md must be modified to add new stuff about compiling the websocket library.
