Ran into some issues where cfaee7c didn't deploy successfully on DO but didn't realise it until today. Adding this issue to look at connecting DigitalOcean deploys with GitHub and/or Discord to give more visibility so we can avoid this problem again.

Adding a note to add @simonhyll to DigitalOcean to monitor deploy logs CC @Beanow for access control thoughts
