Add the ability to run synchronization of all repos in background

Now, before starting the application, all repositories are synchronized. The problem is that such operation can take a long time.
It would be nice to be able to start synchronization in the background and not delay the launch of the application by setting some option in the configuration or setting some environment variable like RWS_LAZY_START.
