@burritojustice ran into some problems with Refill and choosing global property names that are actually used by the basemap style, and then breaking the basemap.

We should consider prefixing the undocumented variables with mz_ or sdk_ (but still not document them?) to avoid namespace collisions.

(This holds true for other house styles, too.)
