The notification gets deleted after about 10mins probably because of background restriction.
A notification that works with staying there all the time is the "Listening for notifications" of Element from @vector-im

DOOGEE S88 Plus, Android 10, neither rooted nor customized, Calc Notif V1.10 from F-Droid
