v2版本能添加车牌颜色获取吗 #397

我用的v2版本，但是调用st.getPlateType()之后打印的是：

./TEST_PIPLINE

粤BE09F9 0.885084 65419
车牌颜色值为：65419，这个接口应该没有效吧？
能否支持车牌颜色的获取？用哪个接口

v2版本已经长时间未更新了，您可以尝试使用v3版本
