MSdial lastest version issue (5.4)

Hello. Thank you for your help to develop MSdial software
Unfortunately, i got some issue(error) using MSDIAL 5.4.+ the lastest version.
when i run the ms-dial for GC/MS, running work well, but the speed was very low compare to msdial 4.9 version
and after file progress done, the percent dose not increase when alignment.

My desktop information is
CPU : AMD 9950x
Main board : X670e taichi
Ram : DDR5 128gb
Win : Win 11 24H2
