MSDIAL crash

We used MSDIAL 4.9.2 for processing GC-MS data. It worked fine for a few months, but kept showing an error message (as shown below)

We then tried to created a new project using the same abf data files, but either the error message showed up again or the program crash right away when we choose to run the alignment.

We also tried to use MSDIAL 5.2.240424.3. The software crash right after we finished filling up the information and setting up the parameter on "Raw measruement files" and "measurement parameters" screen.

We haven't tried any LC-MS data with the latest version of MSDIAL, so not sure if it was cause by the incompatibility of the GC files or there are some foundamental issues in the software itself. Or perhaps compatibility with computer system? We tried to run MSDIAL on 3 computers, and they all gave the same problem.
