At this time it does not work at all
OBS 29.1.1
Windows 10 LTSC

Also don't work in portable OBS.

The last version of plugin which i found working well is 1.4.0 and it works only with OBS version 27.1.3.
Hope it can help u somehow

just check github action, there were compiled dlls
