[RFE] Add metal3 #3

Back in the day I had this suse-edge/misc#47

And mixing that with the metal3 side of things here suse-edge/edge-image-builder#331 I guess we can provide a metal3 fleet example.

My only concern is the clusterapi thing. For that @hardys is working on a helm chart to deploy it... or maybe switch over to https://github.com/rancher/turtles now that they GA 0.6.0 https://github.com/rancher/turtles/releases/tag/v0.6.0 a few days ago.
