Create page container to use it for displaying all pages at once

SurveyJS displays all pages at once for showPreview and when there is an option to show all pages at once.
Currently, we modify model on the fly by creating new page and original pages into this page as panels.
The better approach is to render pages as panels and keep them as it is in the page container.
