希望能为 sing-box 这样的 json 配置模板增加 snippet 的 filter 支持

希望能够为 sing-box 引入本地的 snippet / rules 支持，尝试了两种方法都不可用：

1. 按照文档中的 sing-box 客户端示例，编写 Artifact，尝试加入 extendRules，不支持这样的扩展；
2. 尝试用 tpl 模板，用 snippet filter 格式化输出，不支持 sing-box 格式的 filter

希望能支持以上任意一种方式
