Hello,

I really love what supercharge offers and would love to contribute but there's not much information or channels out there so far where I can see how to contribute or open up discussions on subjects. Is there any place or information on this? It also looks like there's not been much update to the project recently, is it still being actively maintained?

The homepage of the docs talks about database integration with database migrations and SQL ORM but I don't see any docs on it in the docs of the website.

There are sections like middleware also not completed with Tba. I know this means it will be done later but is there any way to follow or contribute to the progress?

Again, thanks very much for the packages in this project/github organisation, I really love them and this looks very ideal to get started with projects or even enjoy simple packages in it like @supercharge/strings for instance is something I use in my current projects.

@discoverlance-com Hey Lance, sorry for the delay in my answer. I’m currently busy with work and the rewrite of https://futurestud.io/ and didn’t keep up with GitHub issues.

Your warm words about the Supercharge packages mean a lot to me 🙂 it’s great to hear that you enjoy using them!

At this point, the Supercharge framework is not actively maintained. I try to migrate the packages, that live independently from the framework (like @supercharge/strings, @supercharge/promise-pool, etc.), from CommonJS to ESM. But that takes a while. Maybe you have interest in helping our with the ESM migrations. Your help in form of a pull request would be nice 🙂

Cheers!

Hi. thanks for getting back to me. OK, noted, re: not actively maintained. I'd love to help with the migration, is there any guideline on the current progress or which packages you are looking to migrate? Which ones have you already migrated if any? Any detail on the current progress, packages to be migrated/already migrated and style guide or any other useful information will help so I can also contribute to this.

Future Studio looks like a nice project. I will check it out later if I need it. Thanks.
