Ability to inspect the inspector

Working on UI with the inspector is great. But now I’m spoiled and on working UI without it (aka working on the inspector itself) is painful.

I want a dogfood icon that lets me open up another inspector to inspect the inspector.

Icon acquired but... probably a bit of a technical challenge...

Icon improved, but uhh... I'm still not in the mood for the refactor...

Inspector should be able to inspect any top level juce component. For plugins it's mostly fine to only inspect one component, but the applications I work on have multiple desktop components and I should be able to inspect any of them.
